Our story
Novus was started by three young entrepreneurs with a simple belief: buying a home is one of the biggest promises a family will ever make, and the proof of that promise deserves better than a folder of receipts and a chat thread.
For many families, a home is bought over years, one instalment at a time, often from far away. Every payment is an act of faith in people they may never meet. We want that faith to rest on something firmer: a clear record that everyone involved can see, check and rely on.
We are building Novus alongside the developers who use it, starting with one, and getting each detail right before the next.

Trust should be visible
Every answer Novus gives points to the document it came from. If you can't check it, it shouldn't be said.
Distance shouldn't mean darkness
A buyer on another continent deserves to know as much about their home as one who lives down the road.
Software should fit the way people work
Sales run on scans, photos and phone calls. Novus starts there, rather than asking anyone to change how they work.
