Everyone sees their part of the sale. Only their part.
A property sale involves people who should never see each other’s information. Novus gives them one record and a different view of it each.

How we look after the record
Access decided by role, written down
Who may see what is a written rule set, enforced in the database and again before anything is shown. Your team can make exceptions for a single sale.
A record of every view and change
Every document opened, field corrected and invite sent is logged. Each entry is chained to the one before, so the log can be exported and checked for tampering.
The assistant only knows what the asker may see
Answers are drawn from the record after it has been filtered for the person asking. It cannot reveal what it was never given.
Your documents stay private
Files sit in private storage. Links to open them are short-lived, and issued only after the viewer's role has been checked.
Novus never touches money
Novus records the payment schedule and its status. It never holds, moves or calculates money, and never adds interest, penalties or late fees.
Your data is not used to train AI
Documents are read by an AI service on terms that do not allow your data to be used for training.
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice.
