Upload a scan, a PDF or a photo taken on a phone. Novus works out what the document is, files it under the right sale and pulls out the details that matter: names, plot, dates, figures.
Each detail comes with how sure Novus is of it. Anything uncertain goes to a person on your team to check before it is filed, so nothing enters the record on a guess.
Answer with sources
Buyers ask questions in plain words, any time of day. Novus answers from the record and shows the document each answer came from, so anyone can check it.
If the record doesn’t hold the answer, Novus says so and passes the question to your team, rather than guessing. It never chases payments.
